Nutrition & Calorie Comments

This was a good recipe. I used 1/2 whole wheat and 1/2 all purpose flour. Also, I made the cookies smaller and got 44 out of the recipe. The nutritional information came out to be calories 98.2, fat 5.3, carbohydrate 12.9, protein 1.5.
Although it isn't super healthy, I was impressed with the flavor and fiber in these cookies. They are not diet cookies, but if you portion them well ( I got over 30 small cookies) you could save yourself the calories and still get a great snack that matches your nutritional goals. Great recipe!
