Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

If you are absolutely desperate for a cookie, these are ok, but I can't say I actually like them. They're really greasy because of all the almond and the sweetness from the splenda kind of gets lost in the baking. Sigh. I don't think there are actually any really good low carb cookies.
Sounds yummy, and it will be good to have some low carb sweet options moving into 2009!
