This is the perfect recipe to make after a long day at work when you don't feel like cooking. I added onions (already precut and frozen) and various spices (Cilantro, crushed red peppers, garlic salt). I love the simplicity of it.
I make this all the time and love it. It is so low calorie and high fiber!!
