Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I thought this recipe was excellent. Even though I forgot to add the cheese, the meatloaf was delicious. I added some red potatoes cooked in about 2 tsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Rosemary. For about 350-400 calories, I had a very satisfying dinner. I will definitely make this meal again. YUMMY
