This sound really satisfying when craving the Tuna and Noodle Casseroles and the calorie intake not to bad. Can't wait to try it.
This looks really yummy and there are days I crave Tuna Casserole. This looks like it'll solve the problem.

One note - the calories look like it's for the entire recipe, so it's actually less per serving -- Yeah! Yummy and calorically happy.
