I will try it with fat free sour cream and reduced fat ritz crackers.
I've been making this for years. Great way to use up leftover Thanksgiving turkey also. When I make it I use a sleeve of crackers. Not sure if that affects the nutritionals on this recipe or not.
I use 4-6 chicken breast,16oz lite sour cream 1 can low fat cream of chicken soup.on bottom of dish put one box of cooked Uncle Bens wild rice . put chicken mixture on top of that,top with 1 1/2 sleeves crushed , townhouse crackers stired in 1 stick melted margarine.
Top with poppy seed. Bake 350
