Very easy and very tasty! I added a couple of dark chocolate chips to some and craisins and nuts to others. Not too many but just. a few for some crunch but not to add too many extra calories. Yum!
Super easy, great muffins! Soft and moist. I might add nuts next time to add some texture and get a bit of protein and healthy fat. I did add 1/4 cup water to the batter just to help mix it up.
Yummy! I think I will add just a little chopped nuts next time (for extra protein) and maybe some raisins. With that and nonfat Greek yogurt, I can have a great breakfast.
