Introduction

Ingredients

    1 box Spice Cake mik
    1 15oz can Pumpkin

Directions

combine cake mix and pumpkin in a lage bowl and mix well to combine. Batter will be VERY thick. Spray a 12 nd serving muffin pan with non stick spray and equally divide the batter into the 12 cups. bake at 375 for 22 minutes or until a knife inserted in the muffin comes out clean.

    I've made this before and definitely will make it again! I've also used a chocolate cake mix with the can of pumpkin and it's good too. Be sure to use a can of Pure Pumpkin and not the pumpkin pie mix. No one could even tell this was a "healthy" treat. You have to try it! - 3/20/09

    I love this recipe! I rinse out the pumpkin can with water and use it in the mix tho. I have added shredded carrots and raisins also. - 3/18/09

    I definitely will make this again. I think I will add a quarter cup of water next time though to thin the batter a bit. - 3/15/09

  • I made this in a cake pan instead of muffin cups and baked it for 25 minutes at 350. It is great! It is so easy, so moist, and so good. - 11/7/14
