I make a very similar recipe to this using the buckwheat pancake mix. I use milk instead of water, only one banana, and I use walnuts. (no protein powder) Top it with some yummy Cary's Sugar Free Syrup! These keep me going all morning long! Best breakfast dish ever! :)
