Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Made these for a holiday party. The directions were so easy to follow. I used semi sweet and milk chocolate chips, and added chopped pecans and toasted coconut. Everybody loved them. They could not believe they were made with saltine crackers. Someone said it tasted like almond rocha.
This recipe has become a family favorite. I sometimes vary the recipe by using "club" crackers in place of saltines, and milk chocolate instead of semi-sweet. Try sprinkling crushed peanuts or pecans on top -- way too good!! This makes a great snack/dessert to add to a holiday buffet table.
These are amazing especially taken out of the fridge - I can't believe they are so low in fat!!
