This was my first time cooking a tri tip in the crock pot and I was amazed how tender and delicious it was. It fell apart like a pot roast. I didn't have the low sodium soy sauce so I used regular soy sauce and watered it down a bit. What a great meal for a cold drizzly evening. Will make again!
