You can also use "Neufchatel" 1/3 less fat cream cheese...(70 cal./1 0z. srv., 6 g. fat, 120 mg. sodium.) I like to add 1/4 cup lemon juice + grated lemon peel for extra kick to my "plain" cheesecake. Thanks for this "simple to prepare" recipe!
I too am going to use the Neufchatel to keep the sodium down a bit, it adds 10 calories but that is ok. But I will also try your recipe as is.
You can sprinkle cinnamon sugar on the tops for taste and looks - we do that all the time on regular cheesecake. Yum.
