Wow,Wow,Wow what a great recipe! This really does fit in a simple cookie sheet. You can use any protein, veggie, and spice that you like. These puff up beautifully and are like mini quiche squares. I used beef,onion,s/p,garlic powder, tumeric,fennel seed,rosemary,thyme, large shred parmesan cheese.
