Nutrition & Calorie Comments

These were super good. I reduced the sugar to half and it tasted amazing still!!
Modified slightly with Splenda and Morton Lite salt. I like how these are light tasting and still whole wheat and healthy!
These are so yummy!! My husband and kids even liked them. I made them as the directions said but I added diced apple to them and served them with a tablespoon of organic apple butter at an extra 45 calories and they were out of this world!!!
These are great. I halved the recipe. I used splenda instead of sugar and used all applesauce and no oil. The calorie count was at about 72 for each pancake and I ate all 4! Not too bad calorie-wise. So filling and so good!
These were delicious !! Usually I don't like pancakes very much, but these had a great flavor and really hit the spot ! Yet, are you sure they are only 93 calories ?
Really good, I subed in Splenda for the sugar and extra applesauce for the oil. I also added blueberries. My in-laws loved them.
We used chunky applesauce and substituted sweet n low for the sugar. They were pretty good.
This is really good. I use 3 tbsp of ground flaxseed in place of the oil and use fresh chopped apple to reduce the sugar.
I will try again.... less sugar, my applesauce was sweetened... so it was sweet and I have cut back on sugar for 2 weeks so it was really sweet!
