Depending on my ingredients at hand, I use plain or vanilla nonfat yogurt and throw in some fresh or frozen strawberries, peaches, or blueberries. If I've been working out in the heat, I'll add some ice cubes to build volume and make it icier. It's a very adaptable recipe.
