I can't help it--I still sprinkle mozzerella over the top. Sure it adds calories, but it's a habit I'm just not ready to break... absolutely delicious!! Can still seperate the sauce/meat and the cheeses (add the noodles to one or the other) and layer for a more lasagna-y look...
