Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I followed the recipe exactly. Very good. But instead of Splenda, I used regular table sugar.
YUM! Want to get an extra bust of weight loss - use Javita Burn & Control instant coffee. Its delicious and with the added hebs (Yerba Mate & Garcinia Cambogia) helps block fat !

this excites me as i love coffee and im not really a breakfast time person so by putting the carnation in the recipe i can have breakfast and my love for coffee all at one time in one simple low calorie drink... thanks
This is great! Made it several times already. I substituted sugar free Nesquik powder for the instant breakfast and didn't need to add extra splenda since I thought the sweetness was perfect. What a calorie saver!!!
Thanks so much for a delicious recipe! My variations: I used all cold water - no hot. I didn't use extra Splenda because I had some Sugar-Free Carnation French Vanilla Creamer, which already has Splenda in it. I Plopped all ingredients into my Magic Bullett and blended. Then poured over ice. YUM!!
I mixed vanilla protein powder with the cold ingredients and used vanilla fat free creamer. Turned out great!
I tried it but didn't have flavored coffee cream -- used fat free 1/2 & 1/2 instead. It wasn't too good that way so I'll try again with the flavored cream.
Beware the liquid coffee creamer!! It's loaded with trans-fats, which are SO BAD for you! It would be healthier to use real cream, believe it or not.
i love this! i make it with vanilla no sugar added carnation instant breakfast and put it in a blender, better than starbuck's
