this looks great. I wonder what is the sugar amount in each muffin. Submitted by:

I made these with 2 bananas (all I had) Splenda sugar, 1/2 C applesauce (unsweetened) and it came out awesome. Didn't use muffin papers, but used pam in the cups and 12 muffins came out great. Submitted by:

Taste very good but only got 17 they are tiny. Not worth that many calories in my opinion. But they do taste really good. Submitted by:

I really hate to be a negative Nancy but I didn't like these at all. If I were to try to make them again. I would definitely go without the salt and less sugar. Also I think my bananas should have been more ripe. Who knows.. but definitely not for me. Submitted by:

These turned out great! Question though, is the nutrition info listed based on a batch of 12 or 24? Submitted by:

Very good recipe. 1/2 the sugar called for is definitely ample if using applesauce in place of oil. YUM! Submitted by:

Great recipe I substituted Stevia instead of sugar and used 1 3rd cup of olive oil butter instead of apple sauce (That's what I had) and was great made as 1 cake rather than muffins love all the flavours. Thanks for sharing. Submitted by:

Yes they are very good. DH liked them. I used 1/2 sugar. applesauce and all purpose flour. After the fact the recipe could use Whole wheat.
There were too many substitutions in the recipe but now I will use the calculator. I do like being precise. DH loves them too. Pat in Maine.

I replaced the all purpose flour with Bob's Red Mill 100% Stone Ground Whole Wheat Flour, and the sugar with Stevia :) Submitted by:
