Banana/Strawberry smoothie (tofu)
This smoothie tastes great! You can leave the flax seed out and loose some of the fat, but you also loose the dietary fiber it provides as well. This smoothie also packs a great protien boost and I've even used it as a meal replacement when in a hurry.
