    1lb package of silken tofu
    1 cup nonfat milk
    1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
    1/2 cup chocolate chips
    1.5 medium sized bananas

Tips

Add ice for more of a slushie like texture.


Directions

Place milk, tofu-drained of any excess water, peanut butter, banana, and chocolate chips in blender, blend until smooth and serve.
