Introduction

This smoothie tastes great! You can leave the flax seed out and loose some of the fat, but you also loose the dietary fiber it provides as well. This smoothie also packs a great protien boost and I've even used it as a meal replacement when in a hurry. This smoothie tastes great! Ingredients

    1/2 cup soft tofu
    1 medium banana
    10 medium fresh strawberries
1/2 cup fat free plain yogurt
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    2 tbsp milled flax seed
    2 packets of splenda (optional)

Directions

You can cube the tofu if desired, I'm lazy and just dump everything into the blender. There are lots of variations on this, and the flax seed and splenda are optional. The fresh fruit makes the drink fairly sweet without any additional help.
