My duaghter and I love this. I used only 1/4 cup of reduced fat cheddar cheese to save some calories and it was still delicious. I also omitted the paprika because I wasnt sure my daughter would like it. Very good! Submitted by:

This was so good! My husband is a meat and potatoes kind-of-guy and he said this dish might not replace mashed potatoes, but it was an excellent alternative! I only had Fat Free cheddar cheese on hand so I used that, but it was awesome! Submitted by:
