I really liked this. I love sweet potatoes and cream cheese (or ricotta - yum!). I used stevia instead of brown sugar. I added a little ginger, red curry paste (I just recently discovered how good red curry paste tastes in sweet potatoes!), and oats on top. It was a little spongy. Needs more liquid.
