Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

LOVED IT!! I am a huge fan of sweet potatoes, and I was glad to have another way to enjoy them. I did substitute sugar free maple syrup instead of the brown sugar. Also, I added pumpkin pie spice & ground cloves instead of just the cinnamon. Next time I will try it without the banana.
I am so trying this with silken tofu for the yogurt & soy milk. Sounds yummy & a vitamin A kick! Thanks!
