Chad Gourmet Chicken Salad
Chop Chicken into small chunks, halve grapes, core apple and chop throw it all in a big mixing bowl and add the light mayo, mix chill serve on Whole Wheat Pita Bread. Yummy you could also add walnuts or sliced almonds if you wish. I use the leftover chicken from the night before that I grilled, quick and easy meal!!!!
