Just finished eating this, it is very good better than store bought and lower calories. I think adding celery and onion is must. I also used gralic salt instead of regular salt. i also used a little hummus on my wrap then add cucumber tomato and spinach. So good and heathly. oh and use greek yourgut
I love the Arby's chicken salad (the whopping amount of calories...not so much!) It's great to be able to make a lower calorie version.
I love the contrast of flavors and textures. AND I feel really good about the dressing combination! I had just stewed a chicken so used fresh not canned - reducing the sodium (there was no count, but canned chicken is usually pretty high in sodium).
