Ingredients

    2 small cans or 1 large can of chicken (white breast meat)
    1 Granny Smith apple, chopped
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1 cup of seedless red grapes (cut in half)
    1 boiled egg, chopped
    3 Tbsp fat-free mayonnaise

Directions

Mix all ingredients, chill for at least one hour. Serve with Saltine crackers on the side.
