Trying to have turnips instead of potatoes to reduce my carb load--this recipe is more carb heavy than just eating the potatoes. Yikes!
This is fantastic! I didn't have any sweet potatoes so substituted carrots. Also, substituted brown sugar splenda blend and low fat margarine. I'm going to be making this for my boys. They will never realize they are eating turnips.
