Not exactly diet friendly, but with some subsitues it is lower in cal. & fat than original

Leave out the oil & 1 egg your cake will still be moist but a whole lot less calories and fat.

Grandma's German Chocolate Cake

OK, I am obsessed with flax cakes made in the microwave, and I had a craving for german chocolate cake, so here it is! It's going to be hard to eat just one serving of this, but hey, it's a treat not a meal. :-)

This is a REDUCED SUGAR German Chocolate Cake w/frosting. It is also LOWER fat than the "original" recipe. It makes a 9" x 9" ONE-LAYER cake.
