a great way to cook in the summer but I don't like coconut frosting, so we didn't put any on. I'm sure you could add it after things cooled off. Ingredients

    *Betty Crocker Super Moist German Chocolate cake, 1 box
    Water, tap, 1.25 cup
    Kroger plain greek yogurt, .5 serving
    Egg whites, 5 servings
    Jello-o Brand Fat Free Sugar Free Pudding, Chocolate, 8 oz
    Hershey's semi sweet chocolate chips, 6 tbsp

Directions

combine all ingredients except chocolate chips in a mixing bowl. mix, scrape sides and bottom, mix for 2 minutes. Line a dutch oven with heavy duty foil and spray with pan spray. Pour batter into dutch oven, spread evenly. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. cover and cook with about 12 coals under and about 10 or 12 on top. cook for about an hour and test. done when tester comes out clean. Try not to cook too fast on top or bottom. Serve with whipped topping or low fat ice cream. YUM
