I haven't tried it yet but if you lower the peanut butter to one tablespoon and substitute the brown sugar with splenda, it should lower the calories. But remember these are all good calories.
good but way to many calories
Thank you for your "new" idea...... I enjoy oatmeal so will try this way.....Today I planned to have it with apple pie filling mixed in.....No Sugar brand.
