Love that it is high in protein! excellent for vegans, garbanzo beans in cake say what ? no way!! Have to try it out and taste for myself.
I substituted some apple sauce for 1.5 cup sugar, which may be the reason it was a teeny bit too moist. But, I'm pleasantly surprised how well this tastes. My 2yr old, who has celiac, devoured it.
Very tasty, and very much appreciated by my newly-gluten-free friend.
But the description says "fat free" when both chocolate and eggs have fat in them, and the nutrition information says 11 g of fat!
