Just like the real thing but lower in calories. Only problem for me is sticking to just two.
Easy and delicious! I used only salt and pepper to season the Panko. I doubled the cheese and needed only about one cup of Panko and one egg for the double batch.
I have made this and it was good just not as good as some cheese sticks I have had in the past. Fat free cheese tastes like plastic to me, so I would never use that.
Okay. Well constructed recipe, but the light string cheese I used (and normally love to eat cold) didn't seem to have enough fat content to be melty. Coating and seasoning were crunchy and tasty, though.
