great i just added a little more fat free broth to make it moister.
Thia was wonderful. I did not have any mushrooms and only had one leek- but it was still great. I used a 14oz bag of Pepperidge Farms cubed stuffing and also added 1/2 of a can of 98% fat free cream of celery soup for richness and moisture. My family loved it! I am so happy about all of the veggies.
