Fantastic and used a keto sugar substitute
Finally! A dessert under 200 calories with a generous serving size! I am no fan of either pumpkin or bread pudding (I made this for my "getting fit friend"), but this dessert is very yummy!

I will make this again and the only change I may make is to use a little less milk.
Very good! I followed the recipe exactly, and definitely used the right pudding, but it was still a bit runny. Placing it in the fridge for 15 more minutes after it cooled helped a lot. The nutritional info is off (80 calories from bread per slice is wrong, unless you use 80 cal per slice bread).
I thought that it had a little to much spice. Good with a little sugar free cool whip.
I'm not sure where this "light" bread of less than 40 calories is but I used weight watchers brand which was 45 calories each. It tastes just like pumpkin pie - incredible!
