This was SO easy and simple, and yet tasted absolutely WONDERFUL! I used regular hash browns to slash the sodium content, and then just spiced it myself. Everyone loved it! Made the holidays really special! Thanks for the recipe--it's a definite keeper! Will make again!!
I loved how easy this was and that everyone in my family enjoyed it! I did add some seasonings and the first time I also added some cubed fat free ham. Next time I'll try adding diced onions and sauteed mushrooms. I did have to leave mine in the oven longer than 20 minutes to let the eggs set.
