Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Had this for dinner last night, threw in a couple of mushrooms and carrot matchsticks that I had in the frig, didn't add many calories, but lots of color. I think these are generous portions, fed 3 & had leftovers for at least 2 or 3. Paired with "foul proof brown rice" search for it - good stuff!
A little bland but maybe because I used low sodium soy sauce. I think I would add in more spices at the end.
Delicious! I used apple juice instead of wine. Also, next time I will use low-sodium soy sauce because regular was a bit too salty.
Very good! I used Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce to cut down on the sodium a bit.
I LOVE beef and broccoli! This is so great because Take-out has like 1,050 calories per serving!!!!
