Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Will probably make this again. I didn't find it bland. I let the beef broth cook down some and used a large onion (gave it more flavor I think). I used fat-free sour cream instead of yogurt and took the advice to add at the very end. Top round was too tough. Used whole wheat egg noodles.
Increase onions, I always add minced garlic. Need better cut of meat. Limit salt to 1/8 tspn. I use egg noodles.
I thought it was pretty good. Sauce a little runny, but hey it's low fat. I used Kluski noodles in place of the macaroni
Try Fage Total 0 or another fat free Greek-type yogurt for thickening. I use it in place of sour cream all the time and LOVE the results! Also, I increased the onion and used freshly ground black pepper and eliminated the salt. S-L-O-W cook this and add yogurt at the end and you'll find the flavor!
