Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I only rated 3 stars based on the recipe. Once I doctored it up and added 1/2 minced bell pepper, garlic, a little worsteshire, and some non fat sour cream it was good. I lowered the cheese amount some and only put on 1 cup.
Easy & tasty - can't beat it. I added garlic, hungarian paprika and exchanged a teaspon per serving of grated parmesan cheese to lower the calories.
I am going to cook this today! I have made this in the past.. Next thing I'm going to do is look and see how many calories =)
