I do a less lo-cal version of this. I add cubed cheese, cubed ham or chicken, and some peas. No need to add a lot. Even a little adds color and extra taste. Keep the cubes small. It adds protein and makes it a meal rather than a side dish. At a family event I had dishes of these to add.
I'm a little confused. One nutrition guide for this recipe states only 98 mg sodium and the other one states 432 mg. Which one is correct? I have to watch my sodium intake.
We made this on Sunday - not much different from the full fat version and just as tasty!
