I was trying to find a sauce for spaghetti with low sodium and more nutrients. I have reading labels and the nutrients are low and dont seem to be very beneficial. So i tried an experiment. I used this sauce over whole wheat pasta and it was very good and filling. ingredients in this recipe can be taken out to fit standards. It is higher in calories because of the lean ground beef added. This recipe allowed me to use ingredients I have never really used such as squash.
