My version of Papa Murphy's vegetarian gourmet is a great treat with considerably less calories than even the thin crust delite version (160 for 1/8th of a 12", vs. 200 for theirs). Ingredients

    12" Bobali thin pizza crust
    2 Tbsn (33g) alfredo sauce, Classico Roasted Garlic
    4 tsp garlic, minced
    1.5 cup zucchini, sliced
    2/3C mushrooms
    2 large (95g) atichoke hearts in water
    1/4C spinach, fresh, washed, stems removed
    6 grape tomatos (or comparable), sliced thin, seeds removed
    12 large (40 g) black olives
    2.3oz mozzarella cheese, part skim milk
    1oz Parmasen cheese

Directions

Add garlic to alfredo sauce and spread over pizza
Top with veggies
Top with Cheese
Cook 8-10 minutes at 450 until golden brown
