Introduction

I like to eat this chili over rice with banana peppers. I like to eat this chili over rice with banana peppers.

Ingredients

    1 cup diced onions
    2 lbs ground beef
    3 15 oz cans beans, variety chili beans, kidney beans and or pinto beans
    3 15 o cans diced tomatoes
    3 chili seasoing packets, hot, or mild

Directions

Brown ground beef in skillet, drain fat from beef in colander. While beef is in colander saute onions til transluscent. Return beef to pot and add all other ingredients. Cook until heated through thoroughly. Serve I like to eat this with rice
