Spinoff of RAMZEE's wonderful recipe; NO oil, whole wheat flour and other variations affecting nutritional content. SUPER yummy.

Delicious, healthy, intensely chocolate brownies with a hint of sweetness. If you like them sweeter, add 1/2 cup more of Agave nectar to the recipe. Only 98 calories & 2.6 grams of fat per serving!

I altered my favorite chocolate muffins to be practically fat free and low calorie. Moist and chocolatey! Only 109 cals and 2.5 g of fat for a large muffin, or per slice (12 a loaf)

So moist and full of chocolatey goodness. You'll be amazed this is loaded with zucchini. It adds moistness that is a wonderful balance to the chocolate punch of the dark cocoa powder and 2 types of chocolate chips.

Everyone loves this cake. I make it healthier by cutting the fat with applesauce. I personally do not like to use the artificial sugars; but you could further reduce calories that way.
Also, the original recipe calls for just a half a cup of chocolate chips; but I did the nutritional info for a whole cup sprinkled over the top.

This brownie is so moist and delicious! It has added fiber and vitamins from the zucchini and leaves out eggs for a healthier twist on the usual.

These are Gluten free, dairy free naturally sweetened chocolate muffins, about 185 calories per muffin. (161 if you leave out chocolate chips) High in protein, good fats and fiber. I believe they are actually soy free as well.

Moist and rich chocolate cake with subbed avocado for half the butter and the extra goodness of zucchini.

Zucchini in a muffin may sound weird, but you honestly don't taste (or feel!) the zucchini after they are cooked. These are totally yummy!

This smoothie will keep you full and satisfied for hours. Starting my day off with 2 full servings of veggies, protein, and fiber makes my day. I promise you can't taste the zucchini, the chocolate hides the taste but the zucchini is what makes this shake so creamy.
