Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 lb Ground Turkey, 93% lean
    *1 15 oz can Diced Tomatoes, no salt added, (save the can)
    2 c Diced / Chopped Onions
    2 c Diced / Chopped Green Bell Peppers
    3 cloves Garlic, chopped or minced
    1 pkg Italian Style Spaghetti Sauce Mix
    *1 can Water
    *1-2 cans Water

Directions

Brown the ground turkey in a large cooking pot. Pour/add the tomatoes, onions, green peppers, garlic, sauce mix, and the 1 can of water.
Let everything simmer on med-high heat til "slightly scorched", meaning it's starting to lightly burn to the bottom.
Now add the remaining 1-2 cans of water and let simmer on low for approximately 15-25 mins.
Yeild: approx. 4-8 servings. Depending on how much sauce you like on your pasta.

~Some people like their spaghetti sauce thick, while some like it more watery. Feel free to add as much or as less of the water as you see fit. until you reach the consistancy you like. Also, feel free to add mushrooms, black olives, etc. or omit what you cannot eat.
