I agree. Bananas alone are high in carbs. I would not say this is a "Low Carb" Recipe
I don't think the nutritional info in this recipe is correct. Just putting 1.5 C. of sugar, 1 banana and 4 Cups of flour makes 99.7 calories and 23.5 carbs per serving, for 30 servings!
