Ingredients

    4 oz uncooked fettuccine or spaghettti noddles
    8 oz chicken breast
    2 cups copped broccoli
    1 cup sliced sweet red pepper
    4oz cream cheese
    1/2 cup parmesan shredded
    1 cup 1% milk
    1 Tbsp butter
    1 tsp minced garlic
    white pepper and salt to taste

Directions

Cook your chicken until juices run clear and cut into pieces. Set aside. Cook noddle according to package and put in broccoli and red pepper the last two mins. In the meantime melt butter in saute pan and add garlic, cook for 1-2 min, then add cream cheese, parmesan and milk. Stir continually until completely heated. Add noodles, broccoli, and chicken to sauce and lightly toss. Makes 3 generous servings

    Incredible!
    WOW! I sliced a box of mushrooms and added that with the pepper and broccoli, I also used skim milk instead of 1%, and it was AMAZING! =) - 3/17/10

    Very Good
    Not only tasty but beautiful. Very colorful! Only thing I added was mushrooms. My sauce was a bit watery though so next time think I'll add a TBSP of flour to the butter. Thanks for sharing!! - 3/16/10

    I just made this for the 2nd time and added sliced red peppers and 1/4c more parmesan with 4oz less chicken, cause there was soooo much the 1st time I made it.It's way better than the 1st time. It's edited on the recipe!!!
