Very, very good! Super moist!!!! Even my husband (who is not totally on board with the whole me cooking healthy thing) loved it! Next time I make this I'll try mixing the spices in with the dry ingredients. Thanks for the great recipe! - 3/8/10

I enjoyed this chicken. Unfortunately my children did not all like it, as I have 3 very picky little girls (ages 6-8). My older kids ate just fine, and one of my picky ones did like this sprinkled with a little season-all. Served it with millet and french green beans/almonds. Yum! - 3/30/12

I found this recipe a week ago and I am already making it for a second time tonight. Crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside! I use a little more garlic and a little less parm cheese, but that is just a personal preference. Its a great recipe as is! - 2/8/12

We just got done with dinner...and both my guys (husband and son) loved this chicken. They both had seconds. I did use 4 chicken breast instead of 2..then doubled the rest of the ingredients. I cut all of the chicken breasts in half to ensure that they would be fully cooked! DEEELICIOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!! - 10/9/11

I made this tonight for dinner. Very good. would recommend to anyone. Instead of using the non-stick spray I lined the baking pan with tin foil. It makes it easy to clean up :) - 7/8/11

Loved this chicken, but there was a lot of extra egg and crumb mixtures. I thought it was quite wasteful. Unless the recipe meant 2 whole chicken breast but then the serving size would be to big. Anyway I will cut the mixtures in half next time. - 4/14/11

Very good, moist and tender. Used plain bread crumbs and seasoned them myself to reduce sodium - 2/6/11

Easy to make. Great taste. I made an "inside out" chicken cordon bleu with the leftovers. I heated the chicken breast in the microwave for 1 minute and then put a piece of Canadian bacon underneath and a piece of swiss cheese on top and nuked for a second minute. Yum. - 1/24/10
