Introduction

These pancakes are delicious! I've made them for all my friends! Topped with sugar free syrup, you can't go wrong! They taste just like banana nut bread! These pancakes are delicious! Ingredients

2/3 cup Hodgson Mill, Buckwheat Pancake Mix
    1/2 cup Milk, 2%,
    1 Egg
    1 Tbsp Canola Oil
    1 Cup Mashed Banana
    1/4 Cup Walnuts

Directions

Mix all ingredients together (best to use whisk) in a bowl.
The box says to let it sit for 5 min, but I usually just let it sit for however long it takes to heat up the pan/griddle.
Cook on one side until edges begin to bubble then flip and cook on the other side.
*For thinner pancakes use more milk, for thicker use less milk.*

Makes about 4 servings. Pancakes are usually 5" in diameter.

Enjoy!
