I haven't done this yet, but am hoping to this weekend. I have never used a crockpot before and cooking chicken sometimes make me nervous... I was wondering if I had to cook the chicken before I put it in the crockpot or just throw it all together and let it cook? Any help is appreciated! - 9/24/10

Sorry I didn't catch this sooner. If you haven't already made this, all you have to do is toss it in and let it cook! I know what you mean about chicken making you nervous. I'm the same way! I hope you like the recipe!

The only bad thing about this is that it's hard to stop eating it!!! It was FANTASTIC. A new favorite. - 9/23/10

    Incredible!
This was easy and delicious. The chicken was so moist that it shredded with no effort at all. My kids loved it, and the leftovers were just as good the next day when I used it to make a sandwich. It took about 4 hours in my crock pot on low. - 10/14/07

Really tasty. Made a large amount of chicken. I made mine with chicken tenders (that's what was on hand). Made tasty tacos, and then used the leftovers the next day in a "chicken taco salad". Kinda spicy, so I don't think my stepkids would eat it though, without some modification. - 10/12/07
